We require a maximum of seven ADI?s to work in North London. We will supply each ADI with a 2006 Automatic/Manual Ford Fiesta. You will be required to provide driving tuition in the following areas:
- HAMPSTEAD/HIGHGATE/GOLDERS GREEN/HENDON
- MUSWELL HILL EAST FINCHLEY/ FINCHLEY/TOTERIDGE
- GOLDERS GREEN/HENDON/MILL HILL
- PALMERS GREEN/WINCHMORE HILL/ENFIELD
- WHETSTONE/ ARNOS GROVE/NEW SOUTHGATE
- SOUTHGATE/COCKFOSTERS/HADLEY WOOD
- POTTERS BAR/BROOKMANS PARK/CUFFLEY/GOFFS OAK
- BOREHAMWOOD/BARNET/EAST BARNET
Our Package:
We ensure maximum earnings for our ADI?s by keeping our driving school small. We also insist on our ADI?s enjoying our structured weekly rest days, eight statutory bank holidays, eight additional special rest days and entitled annual leave.
We do not charge franchise fees whatsoever for any of these rest days.
Manual lesson charges are £19.95 (£21.95 on weekends) our ADI?s pay £8.00 plus vat (£9.40) per hourly lesson
and charges are capped at £329 weekly ? equivalent to 35 lessons inclusive of vat.
Every Lesson thereafter is free of franchise fees to the ADI.
Automatic lesson charges are £21.95 (£23.95 on weekends) our ADI?s pay £10.00 plus vat (£11.75) per hourly lesson and ADI fees are capped at £411.25 weekly ? equivalent to 35 lessons inclusive of vat.
Every Lesson thereafter is free of franchise fees to the ADI.
Our minimum requirement is that our ADI?s work no less than 30 Hours over six stipulated days weekly.

- We provide a state of the art Call Centre to deal with all pupil enquiries
- We provide our ADI?s (view only) access to their diaries online
- We provide Continued Professional Development (CPD) arranged and paid for by HDSM
- We provide our ADI?s with full Financial and Statistical Reporting
We are a fresh, new and unique Driving School and not simply an agency. We care for our pupils and we equally care for the ADI we select to teach them to drive.
